Intake Support Specialist
Sequoia is a nonprofit organization that provides an array of behavioral health services for adults, children and their families in Washington County. Position Overview:
The Intake Support Specialist receives all initial inquiry calls about Sequoia Mental Health Services. The Intake Support Specialist provides information about agency services. Determines appropriateness of service for the client referred, and refers inappropriate clients to other agencies. The Intake Support Specialist provides information as well as referrals on immediate needs: housing, shelters, medical care, dental care and food assistance as needed. The Intake Support Specialist prepares clinical documents for enrollment. Knowledge of behavioral health terminology and HIPPA preferred.
