Description

As a member of the internal marketing team, the Brand Coordinator is responsible for building and enhancing brand engagement among our internal and external audiences. The Brand Coordinator will research, coordinate, and execute marketing communications objectives across various digital channels, manage internal and external events, as well as manage on-site brand experiences for our clients and employees. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Brand Coordinator will possess a keen understanding of social media and email marketing strategies, exceptional communication skills, and a creative mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop and maintain a social media strategy that aligns with the agency’s objectives, target audience behavior, marketing trends and industry events. 
  • Create compelling social media content, including graphics, videos, captions, and other relevant materials to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor and report on the current brand sentiment and audience engagement across social platforms and competitive trends/behaviors to identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Develop and maintain an email marketing strategy that aligns with the brand’s goals, target audience, and overall messaging. Create engaging email content, including subject lines, copy, graphics, and CTAs.
  • Manage the email distribution process and database, including segmentation strategies, scheduling, list management and compliance.
  • Continuously evaluate email performance metrics and platforms to improve content, engagement, distribution, and tracking. 
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, Marketing Specialist, and cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and assets for social media and email marketing content.
  • Create internal marketing content including meeting presentations, office announcements, email content, and communications for the message board. 
  • Manage employee events and community service opportunities from idea through execution, helping to ensure all events are on brand and entertaining, while timelines are met.
  • Support client teams when hosting clients at headquarters to ensure a positive brand experience. 
  • Provide editorial support and creative review to the Senior Editor as needed. 
  • Handle vendor relationships, inventory, and maintenance of the branded collateral, including promotional items, client gifts, and office supplies. 
  • Support the sales team by building and mailing marketing collateral and prospect sales kits. 
  • Maintain and stock employee lounge areas, conference rooms, and food and beverage stations to ensure a pleasant onsite experience. 
  • Serve as the liaison with facility management vendors to maintain office conditions including cleaning, catering, and security services.
  • Manage daily FedEx/UPS/USPS deliveries and business accounts.
  • Positive brand recognition and message consistency across digital marketing channels. 
  • Positive social media sentiment and engagement.
  • Steady improvement in email marketing campaign performance.
  • Consistent and accurate branding throughout our internal spaces. 
  • Positive employee experiences while in-office. 
  • Executing events that are well-managed and run smoothly. 
  • Maintain positive relationships with external vendors and internal partners as it relates to marketing/promo, sales, office supplies, facility management, and deliveries. 
  • Other office management duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field 
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience navigating internal and external timelines and stakeholders successfully 
  • Active knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PPT, Excel, etc.) 
  • Active knowledge of design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • The ability to analyze data and industry trends to guide branding decisions 
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize projects 
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment 
  • Attention to detail and keen problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, content creation, social media and email marketing platforms
