- Project Leadership: Lead and oversee project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal departments, including research and development, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and clinical operations to drive project success.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with external partners, contractors, and vendors to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, cross functional dependencies, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring that projects stay on track and within scope.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and organized project documentation, tracking project progress and outcomes. Train and empower project team members to leverage tooling and PMO best practices.
- Quality Control: Ensure projects meet regulatory and quality standards applicable to the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industry.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success and report progress to senior management.
- PMO: Build out the project management office at Sequel. Develop process, procedures, and tools to drive program and project delivery across the company.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5 years of project management experience
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and/or medical device industry.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools. e.g. Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in Manchester, NH office at least twice a week.
