Our client, a financial technology investment firm is looking to add a Marketing Manager to their growing function here in the United States. This person would be key in helping the fund grow and strategize about different marketing initiatives. They are looking for someone with a strong strategic marketing background. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the sales team, investor relations, program directors, client services, logistics, and the entire marketing department, including designers, international marketers, and the digital and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and execute the marketing strategy for a portfolio of products and services in North America.
• Organize and coordinate events such as client meetings and conferences, working with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Plan and launch marketing campaigns for ad hoc events within the established product framework.
• Implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads and achieve sales targets.
• Use various marketing channels, including digital marketing, advertising, content marketing, and email campaigns, to capture and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote products or services using both online and offline channels.
• Create and plan content, value propositions, and messaging for all campaigns to drive conversions.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in North America, providing updates on marketing developments as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and communication.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the product portfolio and create go-to-market strategies to support sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in asset management, wealth management, or fund administration.
• Experience in event marketing, particularly for conferences in the finance industry.
• Background in digital marketing.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• Over 7 years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years in financial services
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle a complex workload
• Demonstrated creativity, positive energy, and a proactive, hands-on approach to tasks
• Excellent analytical, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Effective team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Successful track record in B2B marketing roles
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry
• Proficiency in social media, particularly LinkedIn
