Senture is seeking Customer Service Agents to join the team! CSAs are responsible for interacting with customers to provide information and support on products or services, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and resolving issues with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.They will use various web-based systems to answer customer inquiries. Responsibilities may include:

Essential Duties

Answer customer inquiries with professional courtesy, giving exceptional customer service to each customer, based on client specific instruction.

Document each customer’s inquiry information into a database.

Verify customer’s information, making corrections and updates as needed.

Actively listen to recognize opportunities to offer additional information to callers ensuring the caller and client has received the best customer service experience possible.

Follow-up with callers as necessary.

Use statistical contact center data to make improvements to performance.

Outbound calling for surveying to obtain client specific information.

Shift and Schedule adherence.

Requirements

Must be able to work onsite in London, KY

High School Diploma or GED

Knowledge on how to operate a computer, use internet search engines, and navigate multiple windows/tabs

Prior call center or customer service experience highly desired

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task, operate a computer, and utilize specialized telephone systems

Ability to sit for extended periods of time

This position requires US Citizenship.

This position does require clearance, and candidates must successfully pass the background process to begin work. The estimated clearance time is 4-6 weeks but could be longer.

Once cleared, the candidate will receive Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). The employee will have to make an appointment for a PIV card and travel to a DHS facility to complete the activation process.

Once the card is ready, the employee will have to travel again to pick up the PIV card. GFE activation must be completed at a TSA facility. The closest TSA facility is McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville, TN. Lexington airport is not an available option.

Hours of Operation:

Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 11 PM EST

Saturday: 9 AM – 8 PM EST

Sunday : 9 AM – 8 PM EST

Conditions of Employment:

Successful completion of prehire testing

Successful completion of background check is required for this position.

Must be able to provide proof two valid, in date forms of ID
