Sentry Management, a national leader in the HOA industry, has an exciting opportunity for Knowledge Manager for our Operational Excellence Team! This position will be based in our Home Office in Longwood, FL.

The Knowledge Manager is responsible for overseeing the storage and distribution of company assets while ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. Assets will include standard operating procedures, company resources, and company systems. This position will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to capture, organize, and disseminate content within our organization. You will be responsible for creating systems and processes to ensure that valuable information and expertise are effectively shared across teams and departments, ultimately enhancing organizational decision-making. 

Responsibilities include:

• Develop techniques and procedures for organizing, locating, and enabling access to company content
• Be responsible for creating governance & standards across the various collections, workflows and integrated apps
• Work effectively across the organization with stakeholders, change management, service teams, trainers, developers and subject matter experts to develop and support new and existing products, features, and services
• Manage company content within multiple systems
• Ensure all content is accurate, current, and consistent across all areas
• Implement document control policies and documentation templates

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or a combination of education and experience
• 2-3 years of project management experience preferred
• Experience with Homeowner Association Management a plus
• Knowledge of information architecture strategies
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and other Microsoft products
• Demonstrated understanding of leadership, organizational, and time management skills
