Job Summary:

Sentry Living Solutions, a reputable provider of behavioral health services, is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Technicians. For those who are Behavior Technicians and not yet Registered Behavioral Technicians, we are looking for candidates who are willing to obtain their RBT certification. The schedule for this position is Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9 am - 12 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of individualized behavior support plans
• Collect and analyze data on client behaviors
• Provide direct care to clients and support their daily living needs
• Monitor and document progress on behavioral goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent implementation of behavior support plans
• Attend trainings and meetings to maintain a high level of knowledge in the field

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
