We offer an extensive portfolio of conveyor equipment and related container handling machinery. We specialize in integrating packaging equipment and conveying systems into cost-effective and efficient plan designs.

As the Staff Accountant at Sentry, you will work in a key support role to the division Controller. You will maintain and complete responsibilities during the monthly close process and corporate reporting. This includes preparation and entry of journal entries, reconciliations and reporting in accordance with established procedures.

Are you excited about this work?

• Prepare and post journal entries each month
• Reconcile accounts are assigned during month end, meeting corporate timelines
• Provide additional data for reporting requests, compiling the reports if needed
• Coordinate with the other members of the Finance team to ensure key items managed as needed
• Maintain existing processes and offer improvements to ensure efficient, accurate and timely close each month
• Participate in special projects as required

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, financial or related field or equivalent relevant work experience (combination of education & experience preferred)
• Two (2) or more years experience as a Staff or Sr. Accountant, preferably in a manufacturing company
• Reliable member of the team, seeking to work collaboratively
• On-site work environment preferred
