Responsibilities

Sentinel is looking for an onsite Help Desk Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be troubleshooting and repairing desktops and laptops along with re-imaging software at our client locations in the Detroit, MI area. This is a full time position reporting to our client sites in either Coldwater, MI or Monroe, MI with limited travel to the other location as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in a technical support role
• A Certification required
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing desktop and laptop hardware
• Experience with re-imaging software a must, SCCM experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and to stand for a long period of time
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
