Responsibilities

One of our major K12 Customers is seeking an Entry Level IT Field Technician to join their team for a 1 month contract. They will need assistance with IT inventory and asset management at their campuses while additionally helping faculty, students, and staff with Chromebook set up and troubleshooting. This will require you to travel throughout the Chicagoland area. Candidates are expected to start on June 10th.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting end users with IT troubleshooting desired
• Formal IT training or education in IT desired
• Industry certifications desired
• Experience working with Chromebooks as a user or administrator ideal
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
