You will be providing customer service and technical support, as well as troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365, Windows 7 / 10, and Active Directory.

This position is remote with occasional onsite support in Downers Grove, IL.

This positions schedule is Friday Sunday 7pm -7am. The first 4 weeks will require you to work 8 : 30am-5pm Monday through Friday for training.
