We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated Armed Security Officers to join our team. As an Armed Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This is a critical role that requires individuals with excellent judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
```Duties:```
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all personnel and property
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment to detect any suspicious activity
- Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance
- Enforce access control procedures to prevent unauthorized entry
- Conduct thorough investigations of any incidents or breaches of security
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and visitors with any inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
```Requirements:```
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Previous experience in Sworn Law Enforcement (Police, Sheriff's Deputy, State Trooper, Etc...), Career Fire Service Experience, Career EMS experience, or Active Duty Military with a Law Enforcement or Combat Arms MOS is Highly Preferred for this position.
- Strong conflict management skills to effectively handle challenging situations
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to security operations
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening

LAW ENFORCEMENT, FIRE SERVICE, OR EMS QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE CONTACT INFORMATION FOR THEIR MOST RECENT AGENCY TO VERIFY EXPERIENCE AND DISCIPLINARY HISTORY.
- Must Possess a valid Washington State (Resident or Non-Resident) CPL, Washington State Unarmed Security License, and Washington State Firearms Certificate to qualify for this position.
