We are GROWING rapidly, and we are now seeking to add a qualified professional to our five-members Diagnostic Medical Physics team. As a Diagnostic Medical Physicist with Sentara, you will be working with all modalities, offering both professional challenges and continuous career development. Our physicists do it all!

This role is located in Charlottesville, Virginia.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• New Residents, mid-career, senior career professionals are all encouraged to apply
• MS or PhD, CAMPEP residency or equivalent in diagnostic medical physics, ABR certified or in process. ABR certification must be accomplished withing three (3) years of employment.
• The candidate must meet State, FDA and ABR requirements and licensing criteria.
• Radiation safety duties experience is a plus, but not required.
