Assists the leadership team with daily operations, coordination of work, quality and service, achievement of operating center goals and objectives, customer satisfaction, and in meeting regulatory requirements through providing technical expertise within the assigned area. Serves as a technical resource for other team members through participation in quality control and improvement/evaluation activities, staff development activities and daily support to team members.5 year's experience in Medical Staff Office or Credentialing Office in a hospital, health plan or Credentials Verification Organization (CVO) environment.Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred. Credentialing Database experience preferred.
