sensations Marcom Pvt Ltd is Hiring an Operations Manager Near Las Vegas, NM

Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Execution: Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, floor planning, booth assignments, and scheduling, to ensure successful execution of exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Vendor Management: Source, negotiate contracts with, and manage vendors and suppliers, including decorators, caterers, audiovisual technicians, and security personnel, to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to quality standards.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee the transportation, storage, and handling of exhibit materials and equipment, coordinating with shipping companies and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and proper handling.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure cohesive teamwork and efficient execution of responsibilities.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices, implementing measures to create a safe and secure environment for exhibitors, attendees, and staff.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities while ensuring that financial targets are met.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for exhibitors and sponsors, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to foster positive relationships and enhance satisfaction.
  • On-Site Management: Oversee on-site operations during events, including setup, teardown, and troubleshooting, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise promptly.
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of operations, gather feedback from stakeholders, and identify areas for improvement to enhance future events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,498.65 - $70,449.98 per year
