Duties:

- Must have valid license , car insurance and a vehicle to transport to appointments

- Provide direct care and support to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Collaborate with social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents by monitoring their physical and emotional needs
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents

- Light housekeeping, cooking, meal-prep, laundry and pet care if necessary.

Skills:

-Strong understanding of resident rights and the importance of maintaining their dignity and privacy
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and ability to follow medication schedules accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Basic first aid knowledge to respond to medical emergencies or provide immediate care until a nurse arrives
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors in a calm and professional manner

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Required)
