Holistic Wellness Center looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to start as soon as possible. The schedule would be the following:
Friday 3-7pm
Saturday 7:30 to 3: 30 pm
Sunday 9: 30 am - 3: 30 pm
Also need the flexibility to move shifts around with two other receptionists if needed, to cover time off and sick time. 20 hours total with more hours if available. Training will be provided with our every day process.
We are looking for an individual who is outgoing, professional, creative, health and detail-oriented to join the On Point Acupuncture and Wellness Center team! Responsibilities include (but may not be limited to):
Salary: $18.00 per hour depending on experience

We are looking for an individual who is outgoing, professional, creative, health and detail-oriented to join the On Point Acupuncture and Wellness Center team! Responsibilities include (but may not be limited to):
- Greeting patients/Walk-Ins
- Informing prospective patients of integrative services: acupuncture, massage, yoga
- Minimal cleaning duties: Turning over rooms between patients, running laundry, washing glass fire cups, vacuuming
- Heavy calendar management; must be able to manage patient schedules for various practitioners with no overlap
- Process payments through POS System, handling cash and financial transactions
- Manage all incoming calls, answer messages, respond to emails
- Awareness of HIPAA guidelines, training offered
- Maintaining sanitation protocols for a medical office, including COVID 19 protocols
- Selling services/ packages / memberships
- Data Entry
- Must be proficient with Mac Office Applications (Pages, Numbers, etc.)
Salary: $18.00 per hour depending on experience
