The Office Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment. This position encompasses a wide range of administrative and clerical duties aimed at supporting various departments within the organization. The Office Administrator also plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial and Budget Support:

· Responsible for bookkeeping tasks such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, expense tracking and reconciliation.

· Monitor office expenditures and assist in budget management as directed.

2. Administrative Support:

· Assist with scheduling of caregiver shifts and the finalization of the shifts.

· Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems.

· Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.

· Assist with document preparation, and report generation as needed.

· WOTC (Work Opportunity Tax Credit) tracking

· Filing and tracking of unemployment claims

Qualifications and Skills:

· Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

· Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

· High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

· Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

· Bachelor’s or associate degree in business administration, office management, or a related field (preferred).

· 1-3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
