Supplemental pay types:

Schedule:

  • Flexible schedule
  • Day shift
  • Ability to work irregular hours (evenings, overnights & weekends) as needed

Qualifications:

  • 18 years or older
  • Caregiving experience 1-year
  • Basic technology skills
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation
  • Able to pass background check

Job Duties:

  • Provide genuine, in-home connection and companionship
  • Provide transitional care, respite care, dementia care, etc.
  • Assist with personal cares (grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.)
  • Provide transfers
  • Prepare and serve meals
  • Light housekeeping

Qualities and Skills expected:

  • Dependability, reliability, and punctuality (on time)
  • Dedicated, passionate, and respectful with clients
  • Ability to follow care plan
  • Documentation skills; excellent verbal and written skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with little supervision and make appropriate judgments
  • React calmly and effectively in emergency situations
  • Experience: (Gait Belt, Hoyer Lift, EZ stand, etc.) preferred
