Responsibilities:

• Complete all documentation for nursing/case management assessments and visits, observations, and planning evaluation pertaining to clients.
• Be part of the Client Services team for inquiry calls and goals related to the mission of case management program.
• Coordinate with management on implementing and revising operational procedures related to quality client care.
• Function as a resource and mentor to peers and caregivers to maintain professional nursing standards.
• Act on client's behalf to assure client rights.
• Coach and consistently reinforce good safety attitude and practices displayed by other staff members.
• Manage VA clients
• Updates Client assessments and care plans timely and as needed.
• Updates Client dashboard weekly.
• Communicates with Schedulers if caregivers need to be changed, client schedules need to be changed.
• Reviews daily logs to ensure that each caregiver is following the care plan.
• Represents Senior Helpers at networking events and contributes to the marketing face of the company.
• Have strong communication and phone skills.
• Participate and train in Skills training, Hiring session training, Virtual Dementia Training and other training when needed.
• Other duties as assigned to meet the mission and goals of Senior Helpers.

Qualifications:

• Nursing degree-RN license required
• Must be able to drive, have valid Driver's License and Car Insurance.
• Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, able to multi-task and work independently.
• Maintaining professionalism and patience with a fast-paced environment. Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations.
• Ability to treat clients and employees with dignity and respect.
• Positively influence people and to demonstrate positive work attributes.
• Homecare experience Preferred
