Job Summary :

Senior Helpers is seeking a Part Time Personal Care Aide / CNA to join our team of healthcare professionals.

As a Personal Care Aide / CNA, you will provide essential care and assist seniors with activities of daily living while promoting their independence and maintaining their dignity.

We are actively hiring for Seneca, South Carolina and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks
  • Help with meal preparation and feeding
  • Accompany clients to appointments and on outings
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements :

  • Active CNA certification in the state of South Carolina - preferred but not required
  • Prior experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow care plans
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and understand the importance of client confidentiality
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening
  • Must have reliable transportation
