* Able to maintain accurate, legible, and complete cook room log report.

* Be familiar with operation of cooker valves, vents, bleeder, gauges, and instrument & abel to recognize and report improperly operating equipment.

* Abel to start and stop continuous cookers as required

* Able to free minor cooker in-feed and discharge jams

* Able to make minor adjustments to cooker cooling temperatures and chlorine levels as required

* Requires the ability to bend, lift, carry, push, and pull varying weights up to 50 pounds. Job entails extensive walking, some climbing, Covering all areas around cookers.

* Must be able to demonstrate attention to detail when working with record keeping and process specifications.

* Ability to adapt to high ambient temperatures.

* Other duties as assigned by Management.

* Ability to work scheduled hours as necessary

* Must have the ability to effectively communicate with management and fellow employees.

* Must have the ability to effectively understand proper documentation and handling of the paperwork involved with the departmental operations.
