A day in the life of our Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can help power data-driven decisions throughout the business by providing compelling and actionable insights that inform our broader strategy. So, if you are passionate about partnering closely with stakeholders to drive value with data and analytics, we’d love to have you!

Our Senior Data Analyst will work across:

• Internal Teams: Champion a data-driven culture, working with the stakeholder teams throughout the company (Marketing, Sales, Network, Product, Partnerships, Finance & Accounting, People & Culture) to leverage data & analytics to make business decisions

• Stakeholder Engagement: Work with the AU country leadership team to prioritize data and analytics efforts to ensure we are focused in the right areas to drive value for the business
• User Dashboards: Design, develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards (Tableau) to empower our stakeholders with the ability to self-serve the majority of their day-to-day data needs
• Customer Data: Analyze customer behavior and uncover key, actionable insights to inform product strategy and trade-off decisions

• Data Engineering: Work with data engineering to design and develop data infrastructure to support the evolution and growth of our business

You have

• 4 years of relevant professional experience in an Analytics role
• Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel and the ability to manipulate and extract value from large datasets
• Advanced understanding of key quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the proven ability to collaborate across functional areas to establish priorities and drive towards common goals

You might also have

• Experience with statistical analysis tools (R/Python) alongside knowledge in business intelligence reporting tools (Tableau preferred)
• An understanding of quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques
• A background in producing user-friendly dashboards with actionable insights/reports for internal teams
