You will be joining a team that will be using large scale smoking and wrapping equipment as well as fish filleting and processing including filleting whole fresh fish ranging in size as large as ocean fish (Swordfish) to small fish like lake fish (Perch) while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Monday - Friday could be any variance of 5:30a-1:30p, 6a-2p, 7a-3p QualificationsMust be a minimum of 18 years of age due to required operation of equipmentAbility to work at a fast paced and efficient mannerAbility to stand, walk, lift, bend, push/pull for extended periods of timeAbility to break down large pallets of productsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsKnowledge of Food Safety Regulations
