Job Details:
- The incumbent may be responsible for assisting the manager in planning, assigning and reviewing the work of subordinate staff and coordinating support services when necessary.
- Work involves the development of procedures necessary to carry out these responsibilities.
- Considerable independent judgment and initiative is exercised in conformance with STOF operating policies and procedures.
- Work is reviewed through reports and conferences.
Required:
- High School graduate or equivalent GED is required.
- Associate’s degree is preferred; or equivalent considerable experience in retail with some supervisory responsibilities; or any equivalent combination of education, related training and experience will be considered.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills including English written and oral communication skills.
