Job description

Join our growing dental team and make patients smile!

We're searching for an experienced and bilingual Dental Assistant (English & Spanish) to join our friendly and dynamic practice! Are you passionate about providing excellent patient care and eager to contribute to a positive dental experience? If so, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients with a warm smile and put them at ease.
  • Prepare exam rooms for each patient visit, ensuring everything is clean and organized.
  • Assist the dentist during procedures by sterilizing instruments, mixing materials, and providing chairside support.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment by restocking supplies and sanitizing exam rooms between patients.
  • Perform dental charting and maintain accurate patient records

- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care

  • Fluently speak and understand both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse patient population.
  • Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of one year of dental assisting experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous approach to maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
  • High level of professionalism and a commitment to exceeding patient expectations.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must.
  • Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus.
