Responsibilities
The incumbent in this position is responsible for observing and monitoring Casino operations in order to identify irregular access and/or activities occurring in the restricted areas. Observes and conducts “Close Watch” and/or other special surveillance in the assigned areas, identifying procedural infractions and/or criminal activity. The individual notifies Management and Supervisors of any suspicious activities and/or irregular circumstances and any other special observation request. Documents procedural infractions incurred by Casino personnel. This position reports to the Surveillance Manager or designee and is a non-exempt position.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent GED required. Prior experience working with computers, surveillance cameras and monitors, recording devices and hand held communication devices is required. Knowledge of criminal offenses and the regulations concerning Tribal Gaming is required. Ability to maintain visual attention and mental concentration for significant periods of time. Ability to produce organized and clear reports. Must meet standards established in order to obtain the Employee Gaming License. Ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
