Position Summary

This is skilled work in several trade areas regarding the preventive maintenance and repair of the buildings and ground areas throughout the Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc. Brighton Trading Post and Brighton RV Resort & Campground facilities. The incumbent ensures all buildings, grounds and equipment are clean and safe for daily operations. In addition, the incumbent in this position may, from time to time, have to assist with customers.

Qualifications / Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred but not required. A minimum of three (3) years of experience working in the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds is preferred but required. Vocational/technical training in maintenance and/or mechanical repair or any combination of training and experience will be considered. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel to all Seminole Reservations and to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
