Long Island, NY and NJ creditor rights law firm has immediate opening for a full-time in person Document Review Associate Attorney in its Woodbury, Long Island office.

Responsibilities

- Review of client documents and pleadings

- Strong document review experience, including QC a plus

- Complete tasks under time constraints

- Perform other additional duties as needed

Qualifications

- Admission to the New York bar (admission to NJ bar a plus)

- Familiar with New York State practice

- Excellent writing, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

- Solid attention to detail

- Work independently as well as part of a team

- Familiarity with the FDCPA

- Spanish-speaking a plus
