  • Location : Congers, NY (onsite)
  • Schedule : Monday-Friday 8AM - 4 : 30PM

What’s a typical day as Administrator & Document Coordinator? You will :

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to company's quality, cost, and lead time policies in manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Oversee the issuance of documents, conducting thorough verification of document reviews with employees.
  • Update paperless systems for manufacturing machines upon document release by Document Control.
  • Coordinate updates, revisions, and creations of documents in collaboration with Document Control and management.
  • Review newly issued documentation for compliance with established procedures and policies.
  • Manage production reports and conduct KPI analysis to ensure accurate and up-to-date postings.
  • Research purchasing needs for manufacturing departments and assist in procurement activities.
  • Maintain inventory of manufacturing consumables such as scoops, rulers, and binders.
  • Conduct weekly audits of clean room supplies in coordination with Facilities, ensuring adequate availability of essential items.
  • Perform various clerical duties including filing, typing memos, and managing both paper and electronic correspondence.
  • Prepare machine schedules under the direction of supervision.
  • Review eTime entries and address any gaps in attendance records with supervision.
  • Assist in employee training needs, including new employee orientation sessions.
  • Coordinate employee gatherings and events as directed by the Manager(s).
  • Provide coverage for the Front Desk during lunch breaks and absences due to illness or vacation.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have :

  • High School diploma or equivalent; technical school or related experience is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a production environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of tackling complex challenges.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems.
