We are seeking experienced CNC lathe programmers with PartMaker experience, and previous set-up experience on STAR, DOOSAN, and HASS machines. We are flexible and seeking full-time for either night or day shift, or even part time team members.
Qualifications:
- CNC programming experience
- Knowledge of CNC lathe operations
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
- Experience with CAM programming and CAD software
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and other machining tools
- Previous experience with press brake machines is a plus
- Certification in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is preferred
- SolidWorks experience is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Utilize CAD software to design and program CNC lathe operations for manufacturing processes.
- Implement and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers to ensure smooth operation of machinery.
- Utilize Partmaker for creating detailed designs and models for machining processes.
- Operate Fanuc controls and micrometers to ensure precision in manufacturing processes.
- Utilize CAM programming to optimize CNC machining operations.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain machinery for efficient production.
