Position Summary

• Utilize Zoho Suite online software platform to take and manage HV Guest Program reservations both from incoming phone calls and requests made online via email.
• Cover the administrative functions and miscellaneous office duties of the Hidden Valley Front Office.
• Other position-related tasks, as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route all incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate monastic.
• Operate HV Zoho Reservations software to make & confirm retreat booking requests, as well as, process retreat donations for stays.
• Greet and escort Guest Program participants to rooms & facilities.
• Schedule Guest-counseling requests with monastics.
• Assist Guest Program Coordinators with retreat program needs.
• Process all phone, email, letter and in-person inquiries.
• Act as initial contact for Guest Program participant requests and needs.
• Direct Guest Program participants to various ashram service opportunities as needed
• Maintain emergency roster list of monastics and guests.
• Maintain proper inventory of office supplies, room keys, etc.
• Responsible to follow SRF’s policies and established processes.
• Coordinate car usage and errand requests from monastics.
• Other position-related tasks, as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent SRF adequately when dealing with the public.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and commiserate Internet fluency desired
• The ability to honor and maintain a strict level of confidentiality.
• The ability to function well in a multi-task environment.
• Knowledge of SRF principles and standards.

Additional Details

This is a 40 hour per week position, Monday through Friday.

Local candidates only please. No reimbursement for relocation costs offered for this position.

Ray range: $16.41 - $17.27 per hour.
