We are seeking a Regional Manager to join our Charleston, SC Team!
The Regional Manager is a dynamic strategic and collaborative leader with strong business development, community economic development, and financial services experience. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and driven to make deep impact within the Charleston metro area with a community-focused mindset. This leader plans, directs, and oversees the administration and coordination of all retail operations activities for assigned region within the Retail Branch group. This includes establishing and monitoring production goals, growth development strategies, community relationship building, network development, member service quality standards, staff development, and maintaining adequate internal controls.
The Regional Manager communicates with Branch Managers to support the implementation of management directives, the determination and dissemination of relevant branch growth and operational goals and processes, and provides advice, guidance, and training to branch management, responsible for the expansion of existing business relationships and the development of new business activities.
