Self Esteem Brands is Hiring a Financial Analyst Near Woodbury, MN
OverviewAs a Financial Analyst, you will support achievement of the Company’s goals by performing the Company’s budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis processes and be involved in a variety of project work. This role will be primarily responsible for enterprise reporting for internal and external stakeholders, consolidating KPIs from the various business units, analyzing revenue and expenses, leveraging disparate data sources with BI tools, and other projects.
Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)
- Facilitate the collection and consolidation of key performance indicators from all businesses for weekly and monthly flash reporting at the enterprise-level
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to external stakeholders ensuring compliance with reporting obligations
- Enhance Business Intelligence at Self Esteem Brands, by partnering with Data Team to design data models and reports and working with other teams to improve data quality and availability
- Prepare and maintain budgets and forecasts for operations and capital expenditures
- Effectively communicate results, projections, and variances outside of the finance department
- Be creative in crafting responses to reporting requests
- Develop relationships with data stewards to understand root cause of data abnormalities and work together to improve processes
- Able to work independently and organize numerous recurring reporting obligations of varying frequency
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required
- Experience with business intelligence applications (Microsoft BI preferred)
