FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Business Unit: Corporate

Reports to: Fleet Director

Job Description

Select's Fleet Coordinator performs administrative functions in accordance with policies determined by or in conjunction with management. The coordinator also ensures title transactions are processed and managed in a timely fashion. This includes assisting with title tracking, record keeping, and reporting. Provides timely and accurate reports as required.

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to

  • Provide General Administrative support for the Fleet Department.
  • Ability to prepare and analyze data using Excel
  • Maintain asset systems.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as needed.
  • Provide general support when needed.
  • Assist in explaining administrative procedures and policies to workers.
  • Verifies and reconciles details of business transaction invoices
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Strong excel and data management knowledge
  • License and title experience, preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs including Excel and Word.
  • Excellent oral and verbal communication skills/bilingual a plus.

  • Ability to lead and influence others.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment where responsibilities frequently change.

Physical Demands and Exposures

  • This position works inside a climate-controlled environment. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
  • Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
  • Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
  • Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
