Position Summary
Financial Assistant for Title Insurance Company. Conduct daily administrative duties to include but not limited to the following: Assist financial department with file funding, scanning and mailing of checks/correspondence. Receive and direct inbound phone calls, greet visitors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
Education – High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Producers License-Missouri Department of Insurance or ability to meet the requirements for Missouri Department of Insurance is required.
Experience –Previous experience within the title, mortgage or related industry is a plus.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.
Ability to exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships.
Must possess strong organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to work in a fast paced environment both independently and/or within a team structure.
Ability to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner and to be conscientious about assignments.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
Successful completion of a pre-employment credit and criminal background check. These results will be subject to review and acceptance by employer.
