Currently, we are seeking a growth mindset Showroom Sales Representative with a professional attitude, and possess great communication skills. As part of our team you will be expected to deliver high quality professional service along with exceptional customer service to every project on behalf of Select Surfaces.

Job Description

We're seeking someone to work in our beautiful boutique showroom, selling industry leading Cambria countertops, plumbing fixtures and our labor services. 

Qualifications

• Previous experience with demonstrated success in sales
• Strong people skills, self motivated and career motivated
• Strong verbal, written, and basic math skills
• Excellent time management with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Professional etiquette
• Ability to perform product demos and explain features to customers
• Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Problem solving skills, great communicator who can relate to different personalities
• Comfort level with making a sale without being pushy or overly aggressive
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in our industry and grow professionally and personally
• Strong work ethics and are results-oriented
• Computer knowledge

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while assisting with product selections and services
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Drive sales to exceed monthly goal
• Perform daily sales follow ups
• Consult with our clients
• Build ongoing relationships with customers
