SELECT Restaurant is looking for SERVERs and/or BARTENDER or BARISTA that we train to be a server or bartender. We are looking for full time inside sales professionals and not just a "server". Someone who understands that the experience is what matters, not just one single item of that experience.

The job is fun for the person that enjoys people and providing great experiences and learning new things. This job is about learning. Just serve our customers and figure out a way to make their day by providing them a unique experience, not just take their food or drinks to the table. We will train you to do just that. Also, to serve someone is to anticipate their needs before they even know they need it and that is done with product knowledge and care. This is an inside sales job more than it is a serving job so serving experience is not required or even desired.

The standards are high but that means you never have to be embarrassed at the food you are serving or worried about management too fearful to go to the table to speak with the customers. That also means you are expected to learn a lot and we provide those tools to the initiated. The management team is very engaged in the front of the house so servers and bartenders and baristas are expected to want to excel and if that sounds like you, then you will thrive here.

We open at 9:00 am and stop seating at 10:00pm, 7 days a week.

Please note that previous experience as a bartender is not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate a passion for excellence. This includes someone that is passionate about coffee and is already qualified to be a great barista.
