**Job Description:**

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Shop Hand. As a Shop Hand, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by assisting with various tasks in our shop and warehouse facilities. Maintain equipment and perform preventative maintenance. Ability to fill in for call outs on trucks and be a helper for an operator.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist with the maintenance and organization of the shop and warehouse areas.

- Prepare equipment, tools, and materials for projects according to daily requirements.

- Clean, inspect, and perform minor repairs on tools and equipment as needed.

- Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment from trucks.

- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and projects.

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a similar role or general labor position is preferred but not required.

- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.

- Commitment to safety and adhering to company policies and procedures.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
