Position Title: Branch Manager

Location: Savannah, GA

Job Type: Permanent

Reports To: VP of Operations

SelecSource is now looking for a Branch Manager to join our team! We are looking for a talented individual can develop and grow business within the McDonough market to include client development, meeting sales objectives, managing order fulfillment and maintaining profitable McDonough Branch operations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· Develop client and prospects relationships through regular telephone contact and personal visits offering consultative solutions to staffing needs.

· Coordinate and encourage cost effective and efficient recruiting efforts to maximize available talent in conjunction with current and projected client needs.

· Create profitable Branch operations through effective leadership of Branch staff.

· Managing effective gross profit strategies, business projections and expense control.

Job Duties:

· Develop prospect lists and execute pre-determined targeted sales to generate new business, including cold calls.

· Consistently prospecting, pursuing and closing new business.

· Direct and manage sales activities, including face-to-face customer contact to create and develop a good business relationship with existing and inactive clients to retain and grow additional revenues.

· Implement consistent business development programs to maximize billable hours and sales growth to increase profitable opportunities with new and existing clients.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist Accounting Department in Credit & Collections activities utilizing personal rapport with clients to effect payment of outstanding invoices.

· Provide ongoing Management and develop and implement Performance Review standards for Branch staff.

· Enhance the visibility of SelecSource Staffing in the business community through involvement in networking and business associations.

· Provide Leadership and mentoring to Branch staff through activities, training and communication of business experience.

· Motivate Account Executives and Staffing Coordinators to maintain a high sense of urgency in business development and customer service.

· Maintain consistent contact with clients and businesses in the Branch’s assigned geographic territory or industry segment that utilize temporary employees but are not yet clients of SelecSource.

· Provide recruiting support to maintain fill-rates and guarantee customer satisfaction.

· Approach clients with solutions to problems and opportunities to become a “partner” by furthering your understanding of their operation on a strategic level.

· Identify strategic opportunities for business development and recruiting by developing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the area or industry segment.

· Provide Company with feedback regarding competitive activity and developments.

· Facilitate communication flow between Account Manager(s) and Staffing Coordinators regarding applicant flow, potential new client needs and Skill Marketing opportunities.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

· Demonstrated management and motivation background

· Proven profitable business development skills in the Staffing Industry or other commercial sales environment.

· Consultative sales approach to objection handling..

· Thoroughly developed organizational and prioritizing skills.

· Ability to work in a multi-task environment
