Overview

Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Make Ready Technician at Ville De Sante, Ville De Sante Terrace, Laurel Hill, Stone Plaza, Papio Valley and Sheltering Tree-Benson apartment communities in Omaha, NE. These are a mix of tax credit, HUD and Senior properties. This position will pay up to $18 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

What You Will Do

The Make Ready Technician will maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community, perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs, and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.

Skills and Requirements

• Grounds/Maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
