What You’ll Do:

• Elevate your maintenance expertise by performing routine maintenance, repairing, and replacing hardware, fixtures, appliances, etc. and overall assisting in general maintenance tasks in relation to make ready units and communicating/ escalating issues when necessary.
• Elevate your safety awareness through adhering to Elevate Living’s safety protocols, wearing appropriate protective equipment and addressing safety hazards promptly and efficiently to minimize risk. Additionally, this role may work in environments where some hazards may be present (chemicals, power tools).
• Elevate your responsiveness by completing work order efficiently for move-ins and adapting to changing priorities to effectively support business needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• 1-year experience working in a physically demanding position (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate verbally in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines.
