**Description**
The warehouse manager will be responsible of supervising all activities in the warehouse, which often involves overseeing team performance, picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, and shipping of goods, and maintaining safety standards to ensure that products are dispatched and delivered safely and efficiently, ensuring security, health and safety of our employees, The warehouse Manager will also be in charge of the maintenance, sanitation and administrative functions in the facility consistent with company service and cost objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the facility and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security of warehouse employees and equipment
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
Produce reports and statistics regularly
Conduct operations in accordance with OSHA and Risk Management policies and procedures.
Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.

Requirements:
5 years warehouse management experience.
High school diploma or GED
Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy
Knowledge of local geographic market required.
Must have experience with freight forwarding, routing, and scheduling of trucks
Experience with shipping, receiving and inventory control
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications required.
Successful communication - written and verbal * ability to establish priorities and multi-task
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.

Possess professional business demeanor
Experience with personal computers and material handling equipment
Spanish or Mandarin speaking a plus
Self-starter with an ability to work in an ambiguous environment
Proven success in team building and metrics-based performance management
Experience using 3PL Central WMS a plus
Warehouse Management System: 3 years (Required)
Freight: 5 years (Preferred)
