Summary

The Strategic Account Executive (Tidal Money) responsibilities include having in-depth knowledge and understanding of the title and escrow industry. A complete understanding of money movement and knowing competitive products. They must also be excellent communicators with excellent customer service skills who can quickly navigate any situation to reach desired goals. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation
  • Pipeline Management
  • Ability to present to all level of customers
  • Ability to manage client relationships
  • Contract Negotiation
  • Convention attendance
  • Strategize with senior leadership on sales growth strategies
  • Responsible for assisting as needed with customer implementation
  • Responsible for assisting as needed with customer success post go-live
  • Onsite sales meetings as needed
  • Provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Product demonstrations online and in person

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2-3 years in a sales role
  • Title and Escrow industry knowledge
  • Software knowledge
  • Title production software knowledge
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Hubspot
  • Flexibility and multitasking skills a must
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at executive level
  • Commitment to excellence and strong sense of accountability
  • Self Starter
  • Have a hands-on work style, be a team player, and always willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
