SEI is Hiring a Strategic Initiatives Director - Finance Near Oaks, PA

SEI is looking for an individual to collaborate with executive leadership to find strategic and effective solutions to drive firm growth, and create alignment between cross functional teams throughout the organization.

What you will do:

  • Work alongside the Chief Financial Officer, and other executives, to prioritize strategic business initiatives
  • Drive change with leadership to enhance overall organizational efficiency
  • Lead focused meetings; planning and coordinating them effectively
  • Define key performance indicators to measure and improve company performance
  • Provide hands-on support to transform ideas into reality and monitor their progress
  • Guide strategic business initiatives from origination to implementation
  • Identify and address core issues within business processes
  • Present the chief executive and other senior leaders with detailed company operational analysis
  • Evaluate risk factors when making recommendations for critical business decisions
  • Complete special projects and initiatives

What we need from you:

  • A minimum of 10 years of designing strategies to drive growth
  • Possess a strong foundation of leadership and management experience
  • Experience working with data analytics to make informed decisions to achieve and measure results
  • Previous experience collaborating with executive leadership
