Stellenbeschreibung
- Durchführung und Umsetzung aktiver Beschaffungsstrategien (Kanäle und Profile) für die SEGULA Gruppe
- Aufbau des professionellen Netzwerks des Unternehmens und aktives Kandidatenmanagement
- Verwalten von Stellenausschreibungen und Nachverfolgen von Bewerbungen
- Terminkoordination und Durchführung von Interviews vor Ort und per Telefon
- Anzeigen von Rekrutierungsbemühungen in wöchentlichen Berichten und Präsentationen
- Überwachung des Rekrutierungsprozesses und der KPIs
- Unterstützung bei anderen Kernprojekten: z.B. Onboarding, Kampagnen, Events
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der Employer Branding Strategie
- Unterstützung des HR Operation Teams bei verschiedenen Aufgaben
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Personalwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Langjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting und Talent Pipelining
- Kenntnisse der Active Sourcing & HR Kanäle (inkl. Social Media)
- Affinität für die Automobilindustrie und technisches Verständnis
- Leidenschaft für Recruiting und Personal, ob in-house oder in der Personaldienstleistung
- Kenntnisse von HR-Software und MS-Office
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, durch Selbstständigkeit geprägte Arbeitsweise, Teamplayer
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
