Job Description
- The New Model Launch Project Lead will lead the development and implementation of tooling /equipment / conveyance / facilities for new model assembly production in one or more FCA assembly plants.
- Working within the framework of World Class Manufacturing (WCM)/World Class Technology (WCT), the Project Lead will drive continuous improvement to the processes and equipment while meeting program cost and timing requirements.
- Employee evaluation and coaching are key aspects of this position.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to establish clear, achievable goals for their direct reports, and to establish and maintain a system to support their reports in achievement of those goals.
