Location: Charlotte, NC Summer Internship Timeframe: June 2024 – August 2024 Pay: $20.00/ per hour This Data Center Internship will provide internal and external customer service while seeing issues through to resolution by monitoring, acknowledging, working and escalating tickets. The opportunity will also focus on assisting with data center migration activities. Specific degree or skill requirements/prerequisites: Majors: Pursuing a technology related degree Preferred Experience: Strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple requests is crucial. Previous cabling experience (Copper/Coax/Fiber) a plus. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
