Seelye Eiler Plastics is Hiring a CNC Machinist Near Bloomington, MN

We offer a stable working environment. Overtime is available but never required. Our shop is clean, bright, and organized. We are seeking experienced candidates who are able to work very independently. The standard shifts are Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm OR Monday - Thursday, 3pm - 1:30am. We can be flexible if you are interested in working 4x10's or starting as early as 5am.

Earn up to $31/hour depending on experience.

Activar's Plastics Products Group is hiring experienced CNC Milling and/or Routing Machinists at our growing Bloomington, MN production facility. CNC Machinist General Responsibilities: Sets up and operates CNC machining centers to machine small quantities of plastic parts. You will set up and run Haas turning centers or routers to produce a wide variety of parts. Most jobs are 1 to 50 parts.

Must be able to: Reads and interprets engineering drawings, blueprints, edit programs, set up tools and offsets, use standard measuring tools, and shop orders/jobs to determine setup, production methods, and sequence of operation. Inspect and measure work to ensure products are within print specification. Calculates and set feeds and speeds to produce good parts. Work with others to resolve machining or assembly problems. Other duties as assigned.

Ability to lift 50 lbs. and 100 lbs. with help.

Pay: Up to $31.00 per hour
