Company & Contract : Security Watch, Inc. is seeking applications for a potential five-year contract with the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) to guard federal prisoners in local hospital settings.

- Application Notice : Only candidates meeting the experience and physical requirements should submit resumes.
- Job Nature : This on-call position requires availability for all shifts, most guards get least 40 hours per week. Clearance from the Department of Justice may take up to 60 days.
Requirements
Experience Requirements : Candidates must have at least one year (2040 hours) of experience in detainee or prisoner guard duty or similar roles.
Non-qualifying experiences include unarmed security guard or TSA roles. Relevant training / education may substitute for experience.
Educational Substitutions : Advanced post-high school training or a Bachelors degree in any field can fulfill the experience requirement.
Military Police or TCLOSE certifications are also acceptable.
- Physical and Mental Requirements : Must meet specific vision and hearing standards, display emotional and mental stability, and possess the ability to manage crises through verbal communication.
